Common questions

Is billing per seat or per org?

Org-level flat rate — no per-seat charges. Invite your whole team without watching a meter. Your tier is based on org size, not headcount billing.

What happens after the free trial?

We'll ask for a payment method. If you don't add one, your org goes read-only — no MCP connections, but your data is safe. No surprise charges.

Does this work with Claude.ai or just Claude Desktop?

MCP server connections currently run in Claude Desktop on Mac. Claude.ai (the web app) doesn't support MCP servers yet. We'll support it the moment Anthropic enables it.

What integrations are supported?

Currently: Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Stripe, Slack, Meta Ads, Acumatica, and ImageRelay. On Belay acts as a credential vault — Claude uses the API keys directly, so any integration you add is immediately accessible.

How are API keys stored?

All credentials are encrypted at rest using libsodium symmetric encryption. Keys are never logged, never surfaced in output, and only decrypted at the moment Claude requests them during an authenticated session.

What is the Enterprise plan for?

Organizations with 50+ people, or PE and VC funds managing multiple portfolio companies. Each portco gets its own org, groups, and permissions — with volume pricing across the portfolio.
